Israel and Jordan - 9 Days

Day 1
Flight to Tel Aviv. Upon arrival, tour guide will extend welcome to guests at the airport, and you will then proceed to the hotel to rest for the night, to relieve the fatigue from a day of travelling.

Day 2 - Tel Aviv - Caesarea - Haifa - Tiberias   
After breakfast, visit Caesarea, located on the fringe of the Mediterranean Sea. At Caesarea National Park, Roman theatre and the hippodrome, enjoy the extraordinary charms of the Mediterranean Sea.


Afterwards, you will be heading to a Kibbutz – a unique socialist community farmland for a communal lunch, where you will experience an authentic socialist lifestyle that incorporates ideals on production and consumption. You will travel by car to Haifa, and visit one of the wonders of the world, the Hanging Gardens of Haifa. Next, we will make a visit to the home of Mother Mary, Nazareth. You will tour the Basilica of the Annunciation – the birthplace of the New Testament, and the largest church in the Middle East today, where mosaics of Marian devotions from different countries around the world are displayed. Return to hotel, rest for the night.

Day 3 - Tiberias   
The day’s tour itinerary will begin after breakfast, with the first stop being Golan Heights, to Mount Bental where an old Syrian stronghold fortress is located, to experience where the Israel-Syria battles have occurred. Afterwards, you will proceed to touring the places of interest around Sea of Galilee, such as The Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fish, Church of the Beatitudes, Capernaum. Enjoy a boat tour around the Galilee Lake, marvel in the magnificence of the charming lake, which is 207m below sea level. Afterwards, visit Tiberias, a picturesque town on the shores of Lake Galilee. Explore the scenery and sights of Tiberias. Rest for the night at hotel in Tiberias.

Day 4 - Tiberias - Jerash - Amman
After breakfast, we cross the border from Israel to Jordan via the Sheik Hussein Bridge checkpoint. Along the way, we will visit the Yardenit baptismal site. Once we have crossed the border into Jordan, we will explore one of the best-preserved Roman city ruins in the world – Jerash. If time permits, we will then sightsee around the city of Amman. Rest for the night at hotel.

Day 5 - Amman - Petra
After breakfast, head to Petra by car. Visit the ancient city of Petra, which is also named Rose City due to the color of the stone, which it is carved from. The entire city’s architecture is built from such rose-colored stones, and erosion from winds has imprinted a dream-like color and vibrancy to Petra under the sun. Rest for the night at a Petra boutique hotel.

Day 6 - Petra - ALLENBY - Jerusalem
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the city of mosaics – Madaba and Mount Nebo, where according to biblical legends, Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land. Thereafter, we cross the border via the Allenby Bridge Crossing, and arrive at Jerusalem. We will spend the night in Jerusalem.

Day 7 - Jerusalem
After breakfast, visit the Holy City of Jerusalem – a city of significance to 3 major religions. First, we will arrive at Temple Mount – Dome of the Rock. At the foot of the Temple Mount, we will visit the holiest pilgramage in the Jewish faith – the Western Wall. Here, you can lay your hands on the wall and pray, and you can write your prayer onto a slip of paper, and place it into the cracks on the Western Wall, communicating your prayers to God. Here, you can take a photograph with armed soldiers from The Israeli Special Forces, you can also witness the Bar/Bat Mitzvah rituals held at the Western Wall every Thursday. Then, we walk in the footsteps of Jesus on Via Dolorosa, through the Stations of the Cross, ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Here resides the Stone of Anointing, and tomb in which Jesus was once buried in. We will then visit the Yad Vashem - The Holocaust Remembrance Center, the Israeli Parliament Hill and Knesset Menorah, as well as the New City of Jerusalem (by car). We will spend the night in Jerusalem.


Day 8 - Jerusalem - Masada - The Dead Sea - Jerusalem
After breakfast, we will head to a Jewish holy site – Masada, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we will move to the Dead Sea, where you will experience floating in its unique waters, go for a Dead Sea mud spa. The salinity of the Dead Sea is 33%, which is 8-10 times as salty as regular seawater. On the shores, rocks are coated with layers of striking salt crystals. The environment, air, water and Dead Sea mud here have amazing rejuvenation qualities to our wellbeing. Rest for the night at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 9 - Jerusalem - Bethlehem - Tel Aviv - Home
After breakfast, we will tour the Old City of Jerusalem, relish in the panoramic views of Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives. We will walk on roads where Palm Trees grow, and visit the Dominus Flevit Church, the Gethsemane Gardens, The Church of All Nations, Mount Zion, the Cenacle and the Tomb of King David. After exploring the lively markets, we will make our way to Tel Aviv, where we will visit the iconic street of Dizengoff, Rabin Square, and Jaffa Port, the oldest sea port in the world located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, where many Israeli artists reside and congregate. Here, you will stroll on the lovely beach overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Finally, we will proceed to Ben Gurion Airport, and return home.

Cultural Tour In The Holy Land – 8 Days

1st Day
Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, assistance by a delegate of Eco Solution Travel and transfer to your hotel in Jerusalem.
Welcome cocktail.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

2st Day - Tribute to the victims
After breakfast, visit to the Holocaust Memorial Yad Veshem,
We will continue to Hadassah Hospital located at the foothills of Jerusalem.
Ein Kerem to see Marc Chagall's stained glass windows.
Then lunch in the village of Ein Kerem followed by a visit to the Basilica of the Visitation.
Then back at the hotel for a glass manufacturing antiquity conference and Marc Chagall.

3rd Day
After breakfast, visit the on Mount Scopus. Breathtaking view of Jerusalem.
We continue to the old town through the Wadi Joz, then the Kidron Valley and the City of David facing the Mount of Olives which is the largest Jewish cemetery in the world, then the Détritus Gate, the Wailing Wall the Holy Sepulchre and the tunnel wall.
Back to the hotel, rest and Dinner at 18:30.
At the beginning of the evening we will go to the Museum of Coexistence - This museum is located on the old crossing point which allowed Mandelbaum, before 1967, moving from East Jerusalem to West Jerusalem. The special feature of this museum is to present art as an universal language, in order to stimulate public debate.

4th Day
After breakfast, visit the Israeli Museum, the model of Jerusalem at the time of the Second Temple, House of the Book with the famous Dead Sea Scrolls and garden sculptures. View of the Knesset and Menorah.
Visit the Old City of Jerusalem in the afternoon. We start with the David Citadel where a model of Jerusalem from the 19th century and had slept for decades at the Palace of the Nations in Geneva! Walk in the souk of Jerusalem.
Return to hotel, dinner.
Conference with a member of the Israeli parliament.

5th Day
We will leave Jerusalem to Caesarea, where we will visit the museum Reali, private museum dedicated to the South American art of biblical inspiration, lunch at the Caesarea Golf restaurant. Meeting with one of the best current Israeli sculptors.
We will then continue to Tel Aviv.
Visit the Museum of the Independence where we is the recording of the declaration of independence of the state of Israel by David Ben Gurion.
Transfer to your hotel in Tel Aviv.
Then dinner in a typical local restaurant.

6th Day
Late breakfast and free morning. Appointment at noon (accurate) to join the Opera: representation of the Castle Bluebeard Bela Bartok preceded by "Kindertotenlieder" of Mahler. You will angnoledge the disigned that have been made by the master glassmaker Chihully. Snack at the opera return to your hotel.
Dinner and evening at the Litvak Gallery, which presents an exhibition of Chihuly.

7st Day
Morning an urban architect will show Tel Aviv city declared by UNESCO as the Bauhaus style.
We stroll through the neighborhoods "trend" of Neve Tzedek, Florentin and Tahana (old station line Damascus-Cairo).
Afternoon optional: the Design Museum designed by architect and Israeli designer Ron Arad.

8th Day - Depart for your return flight
Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport.

Christian Heritage in ISRAEL 1 Week (Tour EST2016/5051)

DAY 01 - Ben Gurion Airport / Tel Aviv
Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, where you will meet our representative then transfer to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight: Tel Aviv or Netanya.

DAY 02 – Jaffa/ Megiddo / Haifa
Depart for a short visit of Jaffa, the ancient Joppa, believed to be founded by Japheth, son of Noah. It was here, at the house of Simon the Tanner, that Peter prophesied the vision of the pure and impure animals and where he brought Tabitha back from the dead.
Continue to Megiddo, identified as the site of Armageddon. Visit the archaeological excavations at Megiddo, including the well-preserved water supply system and the stables, dating back to Biblical times.
Continue to Haifa and visit of the Mont Carmel.
Dinner and Overnight: Nazareth or Tiberias.

DAY 03 - Tiberias / Capernaum / Banias
Start the day with a tour of Tiberias, then sail to Capernaum to visit the remains of the synagogue where Jesus preached.
Onward to Tabgha, the site of the Miracle of Fishes and Loaves, and visit the Church of Multiplication with its 4th century mosaic floor.
Pause for reflection at the Mount of the Beatitudes, the place where He delivered the Sermon on the Mount.
Head north to the Banias Spring and Waterfall, the
Caesarea Philippi.

Dinner and Overnight: Nazareth or Tiberias.

DAY 04 – Yadernit / Nazareth / Jerusalem

Start the day with a visit to the baptismal site at Yadernit. Then drive to Nazareth via Cana of Galilee, where Jesus turned water into wine.
In Nazareth, visit the Church of the Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Workshop and Mary’s Well.
After, ascend to Jerusalem.
Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem.

DAY 05 - Jerusalem - Old City

Start the day with a view of Jerusalem at the top the Mount of Olives.
Then visit the Church of all Nations (Gethsemane).
Onward to Mt. Zion, visit the Tomb of King David and the Upper Room, site of the Last Supper.
Enter the Old City, View the Western Wall, holiest site of the Jewish People and the Via Dolorosa.
Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem.

DAY 06 - Jerusalem – New City
Start the day with a celebration at the Garden Tomb, drive via the new city to visit the Model of Jerusalem from the 2nd temple period at the Israel Museum housing also the Dead Sea Scrolls in the dramatic Shrine of the Book.
Then to the Holocaust Memorial – Yad Vashem.
Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem.

DAY 07 – Jericho / Dead Sea / Masada

Start with a visit to Jericho, the most ancient city in the world, and the Mt. of Temptation.
Head to the lowest place on earth - the Dead Sea.
Pause at Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls where found to visit the ancient remains. Onward to Masada.
Ascend by cable car and explore the ruins of Herod's luxurious palace, and hear of the end of the Jewish Revolt against the Romans that took place here.
Dinner and Overnight: Arad.

DAY 08 – Hebron / Bethlehem / Ben Gurion Airport
Drive to Hebron to visit The Cave of the Patriarchs (Cave of Machpelah)
After, on to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, and Shepherd field.
Transfer to Ben Gurion airport for flight return home.

Day 01 - Arriving to Israel

  • Visit to a different cooling storage rooms of - Bananas, Avocado, Dates and other fruits to learn how to extend the fruit's shelf life keeping extraordinary quality.

Day 04 - Poultry
  • Visit a few poultry farms
  • Tourist visit to Nazareth, the home land of Jesus.

Day 05 - Irrigation & Seeds
  • Visit an irrigation company factory and learn about sophisticated water saving irrigation methods

  • Agricultural aspects - Soil Science, Biotechnology, Horticulture, Organic farming, parasites, generation and treatment of foodstuffs.
  • Culture and Fields – Gardening vegetables and industrial vegetables, seeds, corn, cereals and cotton.Production System - irrigation and water management, the principles of nutrition and fertilization, treatment and recycling of water, plants and parasites, agricultural production.
  • Fishing - Sea fish and pond fish, specimen of fish, water quality, fish health, genetic preservation and reproduction of fish - ponds, infrastructure, environment, equipment.
  • Hydroponic – all aspect of growing agriculture in water without soil, how to circulate the water and the fertilizing points, water consumption and more.


Day 9 - Tourist Jerusalem
  • Full day visit to Jerusalem: - Panoramic overview from the Mount of Olives, overlooking Jerusalem's new city and the Temple Mount Esplanade of old city. Travel along the Kidron Valley to view the Garden of Gethsemane and the walls of the city. Via the Armenian Quarter enter The Western (Wailing) Wall square, via the local Bazaar enter the Christian Quarter, walk the Stations of the Cross (Via Dolorosa) and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher – the site of the crucifixion.
  • Walk along the 1700 year old Byzantine main street, the Cardo and the renovated Jewish Quarter.
  • Tour the new city by car to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Memorial and Museum.
  • Overnight – Jerusalem


Day 10 -
Transfer to the Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv
Fly back home

Day 1:
Arrival to Ben Gurion Int.
Transfer to your hotel.
Welcome drink at the hotel.  Diner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 2:
·         Visit to SCR ENGINEERS LTD, in Netanya – develops, manufactures, markets and supports sophisticated dairy management systems & milking equipment factory. Introduction to the S.C.R milking/management (incl. rumination tags).
·         Visit village’s dairy farms in Kfar Vitkin.
·         Mr. Eitan Golan – small dairy farmer, free stalls, milking robot.
·         Mr. Shai Banshaul low tech farm, 100 cows/ 11,000 kg avg.
Diner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 3:
·         Visit to feed center Kfar Vitkin, who supplies the food for the farms on the villages, 200 tons per day.
·         Mr. Arnon Oshri – 65 cows / 12,000 kg avg, cultivating loose housing. Overview of israeli Dairy sector and open discussion the future of dairy farming.
·         Visit to SION – Insemination Center of Isarel the only insemination company in Israel, inseminate over 95% of the cows.
·         Visit to Cow and Buffalo dairy factory at farm village Bitsaron.
·         Driving to Jerusalem.
Diner and overnight in Jerusalem.


Day 4:
Touristic day in Jerusalem.


Day 5:
Touristic day on the way to the north.
·         Visit the Dead Sea.
·         Visit of Massada.
Diner and overnight in a Kibbutz near the Sea of Galilee.


Day 6:
·         Visit to SAE AFIKIM factory “AFIMILK SYSTEMS” dairy management systems & milking equipment (working with full wood) projects, develops, manufactures.
·         Visit to AFIKIM dairy farm 300 milking cows, 4 million liter/year and experiment farm for AFIMILK factory.
·         Visit Sneidman Family at Moshavat Kinneret for Agro-turism and movie about the first settlements in the area.
·         Traveling around the Sea of Galilee where Jesus was walking on the water.
·         Visit milk farm in Ramat Hagolan – Yonathan, operated by SAE Afimilk systems, producing 13 million titer/year with a feed center that supplies own farm and sells to outside clients.
Diner and overnight in a Kibbutz near the Sea of Galilee.


Day 7:
·         Visit the milk production Dairy of TNOUVA ALON TAVOR producing – yogurt, milk, white cheese and other dairy products.
·         Visit the Kibbutz Merchavia a recycling center of A.C RECYCLING COMPANY.
·         Visit on HARDOUF ORGANIC kibbutz farm (organic farm for vegetables and dairy production using exclusively natural addictive’s products in the animal food and vegetables treatment.
·         Visit to  Village farm working with Solar Energy Solution.
·         Visit to Kfar Yeoshua Food Center.
·         Visit Tamir Family fattening calf farm, with 1000 cattle heads, partially importing cattle from different parts of Europe and feeding from feed center. 
Diner and overnight in a Kibbutz near the Sea of Galilee.
 
Day 8:
·         Touristic visit to Nazareth the holy city of Jesus.
·         Visit and seminar at ICBA (Israel cattle breeding association) in Caesarea, introducing the association activities. ICBA is a non-lucrative association of cooperative and collective dairy farmers, maintening close relations with all entities concerned with dairying, for the mutual benefit of dairy producers and consumers. ICBA represents and safeguards the interests of dairy farmers and of the dairy industry, within the socio-political framework.
·         Visit to Hachaklait – Veterinarian Association, providing veterinarian services to 90% of the Israeli dairy cattle (fields of expertise: Herd Health & Epidemiology, Lameness, Ultrasound, Young stock & Replacement, Parasitology, Nutrition & Clinical nutrition, Small Ruminants, Beef & feedlot).
·         Visit to the National Laboratory for milk analyses and quality with Dr. Marina, laboratory manager.
